The Minority Outreach Committee, Inc. (MOC) was formed to provide services and build coalitions that help bridge economic, social and educational divides between the minority and majority populations. Our goal is to increase public awarenesss of activities and programs that might better facilitate economic, social, political and educational growth within and outside minority communities.

MOC serves as an advocate for minorities and disadvantaged by helping place them in direct contact with corporations and entities that have the resources to bridge, via funding, mentoring and education, such cultural divides. We do this while simultaneously safeguarding the dignity of recipient by promoting education and self-reliance

A council of professional community and civic leaders will be impaneled, which will focus on specific community , educational and social issues, and answer some of what , why and how questions of minority inclusion. The culturally diverse panel will be comprised of people who have vast and significant knowledge on the subject of minority inclusio, and will speak from their specific cultural perspective. This panel comprise of (at least 6) ethic groups (African-American, Asian, Caucasian, Hispanic, Middle-Eastern, Native-American) as well as minority representatives from both the elderly and young adult communities.

Because monority education is so important to bridging the cultural divide, this event will and has always been presented at no charge to the community. People of all ages and racial demographics are invited to attend the MOS program.

We partner with local universities and colleges, neighborhood councils and local chamber of commerce's to insure that communication is transmitted to as large a community audience as possible. This event is well-thought and professionally generated, which takes about many months to bring to full fruition.
